This just appeared to me

There once was a great thought That I held in my mind. Worn like a woolen scarf Wrapped up to my chin. With intention, I unfurled Then unwound the threads So that the air could fill my lungs. Allowing space in my mind, For all the great thoughts That had yet to bloom
