Description
MY WORK LIFE EXPERIENCE IN 2018: THIS IS AN INTRO OF WHAT IM GOING THROUGH AT WORK WITH AN RGM FROM HELL. I'M SORRY IF ITS DISTURBING OR HARSH WHAT I'M EXPRESSING ON MY POST BUT ITS HOW I FEEL AND IT DOES AT TIMES DEPRESSES ME, SO WRITING IT DOES HELP ME SOME. I DO INTEND TO WRITE ALL MY HELL I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH AND SOME THINGS MAY BE VERBALLY GRAPHIC SO SORRY FOR THAT.

I'm a Hispanic single mom of one and work at pizza hut as a shift manager. I have a couple months working already, and if I'm honest with myself, things aren't really good. comparing things to the beginning to now, its really a mess. My life at work is something crazy, and I litterly mean that cause with the general manager I work with is a real monster but I have to say that all think of her as a witch and she is and is even scary her face appearance. She is really mean and I feel she is racist even though its hard proving that. I feel she don't like Hispanics or black people. Others working there have told me how they feel and I do the same. She is very difficult to work with and many have left cause of her. I refuse to leave cause of her and keep striving for my job cause I feel I can overcome it all from her if I'm smart enough. She has been cruel to lower my hours from close to 40 to now low 20's and as a single mom of one, one should know that's now enough to live off of. She lowers my hours when she gets upset with me over something even small stuff. so she punishes me or tries to get even with me in some way like revenge by lowering my hours and it makes me very furious. I'm trying hard to do something about it. If I can manage to, cause the other in charge of her and I a male boss cares more about the numbers of the store and not so much her ugly status she is spreading to everyone. She is a horrible manager and even customers have seen her terrible behavior. It's sad but all I want is my hours fixed if they aren't fixed soon, I'll let him know I'll talk to the commission department to fix the problem. I don't want to do that but I will have no choice but to go to that extreme so be it. I know she does that cause she wants me to quit but I'll try my best to fight it cause she is very wrong and is abusing my work rights on the work schedule.

Nancy, this seems more a rant than a story: not a terrible thing; I've been known to rant a bit myself. However, this is not really the place for a rant about your boss so I'm commenting as if it were a story and formal writing rather than just blowing off steam.
    'I'm a[n] Hispanic single mom...'
'[C]omparing things to the beginning to now, it[']s really a mess.' when short for "it is" write "it's"
'My life at work is something crazy, and I litterly mean that cause with the general manager I work with is a real monster but I have to say that all think of her as a witch and she is and is even scary her face appearance.'
'My life at work is something crazy, and I [literally] mean that [because or 'cause] the general manager I work with is a real monster. I have to say that all [the other workers/employees] think of her as a witch and she is[,] and is even scary [in] her face appearance.'
Note: "cause" is a noun and a verb; "because" is a conjunction. When short for "because" use: 'cause.
Also, below you use 'cause 2 times in a sentence a couple of times: vary your words more.
'I feel she don't like...' "she" is singular so use "doesn't" not "don't"
    '... know that's (now)[not] enough to live (off of)[on].'
'... the (other)[person/supervisor] in charge of her and (I)[me,] a male boss[,] cares...'
'... her ugly (status)[mood] she is spreading...'
'... my hours fixed[;] if they...'
'... she (does that)[is mean] [']cause she...'

You should also be careful if this is true and you want to keep your job. Things posted here or anywhere on the internet are eternal and available to anyone. General searches on google, yahoo, etc. bring up posts when not expected. If she should see or hear about this, there are enough clues for her to figure out she is your 'witch' and your job will get worse. Employees seldom win open fights with their bosses regardless of who is right. Good luck.
Alex hit on everything. I disagree with Alex on one point: If you want to rant, go ahead and rant. However, edit. Correct spelling, punctuation, and upper-case errors. It will make your rant that much more effective.
KT is, as usual, quite right: you should write whatever you want here (unless it breaks house rules). I meant that this site is available to everyone so it could be detrimental to your employment to rant about work here. Most social media sites have some provision, as penetrable as it may be, for you to limit who can access your posts; there is no such protection here.
